Paths of Flight

The folks at GE Aviation have produced this awesome video for The GE Show called Paths of Flight. The paths during take-off and landing are illustrated with layered video sequences in a beautifully produced short clip. The concept seems to be inspired by Aaron Koblin’s Flight Patterns and the 1k Project and is a nice example of how condensed data can reveal patterns.
