Synoptic – Interactive visualization of meteo data

Synoptic is a interactive visualization of meteorological data. Users can select a data attribute to explore (e.g. temperature, luminosity, humidity, air pressure, precipitation). The timespan can be chosen freely or using predefined shortcuts. The 3D chart is zoomable and can be rotated on the x, y and z axis.

The application was realized during a project at the University of Applied Sciences Augsburg by Roland Loesslein from WeAintPlastic.com.
