Since 1990 the United Nations Development Programme publishes an annual report called the Human Development Report exploring challenges including poverty, gender, democracy, human rights, cultural liberty, globalization, water scarcity and climate change. This year’s topic is migration and the UNDP has recruited the New York based design studio Zago which originated from Basel, Switzerland to lead the design.

I've come across this information graphic that visualizes the electronmagnetic spectrum. Unfortunately there seems to be no information about the creator or if the poster is available in any way. The only indication of it's origin is the Westinghouse logo (Westinghouse Research Laboratory to be exact).

James Glanz from the new NY Times has published an article about the earthquake risk posed by a geothermal dig. While the article is well written and comprehensive the animated explanations using information graphics and data mapping does an excellent job in communicating the technical essence of the article in a fraction of the time.
